  • Associate Attorney at a nationally recognized plaintiffs’ law firm handling mass tort litigation. Requires 2-5 years of litigation experience and J.D. with California Bar membership.

Responsibilities

  • Handle all aspects of tort litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
  • Work closely with partners and senior attorneys on complex mass tort cases.
  • Conduct depositions, hearings, and client meetings with professionalism and confidence.
  • Manage client communications and ensure compliance with Case Management Orders (CMOs).
  • Collaborate with case managers, paralegals, and experts to develop and execute case strategies.

Requirements

  • J.D. from an accredited law school and active California Bar membership.
  • 2-5 years of litigation experience, including proven work in mass tort cases.
  • Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
  • Ability to manage a heavy caseload with precision and efficiency.
  • Team-oriented with excellent organizational and client-relations skills.
