Responsibilities

- Conduct depositions, hearings, and client meetings with professionalism and confidence.
- Manage client communications and ensure compliance with Case Management Orders (CMOs).
- Collaborate with case managers, paralegals, and experts to develop and execute case strategies.
Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active California Bar membership.
- 2-5 years of litigation experience, including proven work in mass tort cases.
- Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
- Ability to manage a heavy caseload with precision and efficiency.
- Team-oriented with excellent organizational and client-relations skills.
