About the role
- Encadrer et soutenir l’équipe de la comptabilité générale dans les activités quotidiennes en garantissant la qualité du travail et en contribuant à son développement
- Superviser le processus de fin de mois pour plusieurs entités et y participer : Préparation des courus fin de mois
- Réconcilier les comptes de bilan assignés
- Balancer les comptes interco
- Préparer les paiements reliés au financement, etc.
- Travailler en étroite coopération avec les autres membres de l’équipe de la comptabilité
- Répondre aux demandes de renseignements internes et externes
- Préparer des analyses et fournir des informations pour les auditeurs externes
- Assurer le respect des principes comptables et des politiques de l'entreprise
- Soutenir et participer à divers projets financiers
- Recommander des améliorations aux processus afin de gagner en efficacité et de réduire les erreurs
- Effectuer d'autres tâches assignées par le contrôleur financier
Requirements
- Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience comme comptable en entreprise
- Expérience en gestion d’équipe
- Connaissance de Microsoft GP
- Diplôme en comptabilité
- Compétences avancées en Excel
- Excellentes compétences analytiques et attention aux détails
- Autonomie, esprit d'initiative et capacité à travailler de manière proactive
- Bilingue, français et anglais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit
