Responsibilities
Play a crucial role in leading the insight team to drive the development and execution of data-driven strategies across the organisation
Responsible for ensuring that insights generated from data analyses are effectively translated into actionable strategies that support client objectives and enhance operational efficiency
Collaborate closely with department heads to integrate insights into business strategies
Manage a team of data analysts, ensuring their growth, productivity, and alignment with business goals
Interface with clients to understand their needs and tailor insights and reporting to their business contexts
Develop strategies for data collection, analysis, and utilisation across the organisation
Ensure that data strategies are innovative and align with current and future business needs
Translate complex data findings into understandable and actionable business strategies
Work with department heads to implement these strategies, measuring impact and adjusting as necessary
Provide training and development opportunities for the insights team, promoting continuous learning and adoption of new tools and techniques in data analysis and insights generation
Requirements
Proven experience in a data-driven role with some leadership knowledge or experience
Confident understanding of our AvailabilityInsight product
Uses data analysis techniques and tools, such as SQL, PowerBi, Excel
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to influence at all levels and bridge the gap between technical and strategic application
Proven track record in leading teams and executing projects that have positively impacted the business
Strategic thinker with a great business acumen
Capable of making decisions based on data
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field or Undergraduate with relevant experience is preferred.
