Responsibilities
- You will work closely with our Head of Product and share responsibility for the overall user experience.
- Co-responsibility for the overall UX of our platform
- Understanding, analyzing, and prioritizing user needs
- Planning and conducting user research
- Designing user flows, wireframes, and interfaces
- Iterative improvement of existing features
- Identifying opportunities for improvement across the entire user journey
- Translating product strategy into clear, understandable interfaces
- Close collaboration with Development and Research
- Quality assurance from a UX perspective
- Contributing to all communication materials (web, pitch decks, visual assets)
Requirements
- Experience designing digital products (from discovery to interface)
- Startup experience or an entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to think strategically and execute operationally
- Interest in healthcare and care delivery systems (experience is a plus)
- Enjoy taking responsibility in a small, ambitious team
