  • Test Manager leading a Test Team to manage testing activities and stakeholder communication in a software testing company. Requires technical knowledge and strong German skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the test team and communicate with all stakeholders.
  • Plan and coordinate testing activities; develop test strategies and test plans.
  • Report test metrics and manage test cases.
  • Provide hands-on support to testers.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of common test management tools.
  • Technical education (IT apprenticeship, HTL - technical secondary school, FH/University) and at least 3 years of experience in software test management.
  • Strong communication skills and customer focus.
  • Very good German language skills.
