About the role

  • Testmanager responsible for establishing test strategies and quality assurance for an IT service provider in a hybrid setup. Focus on automation, stakeholder collaboration, and quality reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Establish test strategy & organization – select test methods, tools and test environments, and build a modern test organization including automation and reporting
  • Manage & coordinate quality assurance – align test specification, automation and execution, and advise stakeholders on software quality and testing measures
  • Ensure transparency & enablement – produce audience-specific quality reports and deliver training on test methods, tools and processes

Requirements

  • Completed IT qualification
  • Professional experience in software testing, test management and test design
  • Experience with test management tools
  • Ideally ISTQB certification (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Structured working style within a quality-focused environment
  • Strong communication and consulting skills
  • Confident presence when engaging with stakeholders
  • Facilitation/moderation skills
  • Team-oriented
  • Excellent German and English language skills
