- Provide day‑to‑day leadership, mentoring and development to your team

- Work closely with insurer clients, brokers, and internal partners
- Build trusted relationships and ensure claims are handled with professionalism, fairness and efficiency

- Experience coaching, mentoring and conducting structured performance discussions
- Understanding of regulatory expectations, including vulnerability awareness and the Consumer Duty Act
