About the role

  • Customer service representative handling customer correspondence via various channels. Contributing to customer retention in a family-owned business in the coin trade.

Responsibilities

  • Handling customer correspondence by phone and in writing, including email and WhatsApp
  • General customer service administration (account clarification, complaint handling, developing individual solutions)
  • Advising and supporting our customers
  • Actively contributing to customer retention for our company

Requirements

  • A completed commercial/business vocational training or equivalent is an advantage; career changers are welcome
  • You demonstrate strong customer-oriented thinking, communication skills, and negotiation ability
  • You have experience in commercial administrative work and are proficient with common MS Office applications
  • You are flexible, outgoing, and maintain composure and clear-headedness in stressful situations
