About the role
- Legal consultant specializing in insolvency law, advising companies, directors, and creditors at a growing interdisciplinary law firm in Germany. Engaging in insolvency proceedings and restructuring strategies.
Responsibilities
- Beratung von Unternehmen, Geschäftsführern und Gläubigern in insolvenzrechtlichen Fragestellungen
- Begleitung von Insolvenzverfahren (Regelverfahren & Eigenverwaltung)
- Erstellung von Insolvenzplänen und Sanierungskonzepten
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Restrukturierungsstrategien
- Verhandlung mit Gläubigern, Investoren und weiteren Beteiligten
- Prozessführung in insolvenzrechtlichen Streitigkeiten (z. B. Insolvenzanfechtung, Organhaftung)
- Pflege und Ausbau des eigenen Mandantenstamms
- Mitwirkung beim Kanzleiausbau im Bereich Insolvenzrecht
Requirements
- überdurchschnittliche juristische Fähigkeiten und betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis
- Einschlägige Berufserfahrungen im Bereich Insolvenzrecht
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Insolvenzverwaltung, Restrukturierung und Sanierungsberatung
