Responsibilities
- Support and negotiate revenue-generating agreements that enable the Company’s sales, partnerships and go to market teams.
- Negotiate and advise on inbound vendor and procurement agreements.
- Manage a high volume of commercial transactions and drive deal velocity.
- Provide clear, pragmatic guidance on legal issues arising in commercial transactions.
- Collaborate closely with sales, deal desk, partnerships, privacy, procurement, security, product, and engineering.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the Company’s commercial legal resources, including playbooks, templates, policies, and workflows.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of relevant experience practicing commercial law, either in-house
- at a technology company or within the corporate or technology transactions department of a
- reputable law firm.
- Strong contract drafting skills with attention to precision and clarity.
- Demonstrated experience negotiating technology and commercial agreements with sophisticated counterparties.
- Entrepreneurial, builder-oriented mindset with a willingness to take ownership and contribute to the continuous development and improvement of internal processes and resources.
- Exceptional judgment, attention to detail, and integrity, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
