About the role

  • Team Lead for Key Account Management developing strategic account-management strategies. Leading a team in mobility solutions for military and civil markets at RENK in Hannover.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate an experienced Key Account team in the area of E- and V-type bearings with 15 employees
  • Develop and implement long-term, strategic account management strategies
  • Directly manage and maintain key accounts, both domestic and international
  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure optimal customer support
  • Report to executive management on progress and results

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in Key Account Management
  • Previous experience in a leadership role
  • Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in a senior sales position, ideally in mechanical engineering
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to solve complex problems
  • Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written
  • Willingness to travel internationally and flexibility
