About the role

  • Grow the customer base through events and retail marketing.
  • Analyze market trends and execute local marketing strategies.
  • Build relationships with event organizers and retail partners.
  • Oversee event logistics: location selection, scheduling, setup, and execution.
  • Engage with customers to generate and qualify leads.
  • Recruit, train, and coach event marketers and team leaders.
  • Ensure consistent execution of brand standards, safety, and professionalism.
  • Track KPIs including demos, cost per lead, and event ROI.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of event marketing experience; 3+ years in leadership.
  • Strong coaching, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Willingness to travel; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in indoor/outdoor environments.
