About the role

Responsibilities

- Recruit, train, and coach event marketers and team leaders.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of event marketing experience; 3+ years in leadership.
- Strong coaching, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Willingness to travel; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in indoor/outdoor environments.
