Set and execute the new business sales strategy for your assigned territory.
Identify high-potential markets, sectors, and solutions, capturing untapped opportunities.
Champion value-based and consultative selling (3Cs sales methodology), ensuring client engagements are outcome-focused.
Drive pipeline generation and conversion for existing accounts and new logos.
Develop and maintain senior-level relationships with key prospects and partners.
Oversee complex enterprise sales cycles, including RFPs, negotiations, and contract closures.
Drive adoption of AI-enabled and data-driven solutions, articulating their impact to clients.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and client success teams to tailor solutions to client needs.
Champion a collaborative environment, contributing to a high-performance culture.
Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive dynamics.
Provide feedback to product and strategy teams to inform roadmap and positioning.
Maintain accurate forecasting and ensure CRM and sales tools are effectively utilized.
Requirements
10–15 years of enterprise sales experience
Proven success in defining new business strategies, capturing growth opportunities, and executing commercial expansion
Expertise in value-based and consultative selling within complex enterprise environments
Strong track record in AI-enabled, SaaS, or data-driven solution sales
Executive presence with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders
Strong business acumen, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
Industry expertise in commodities, energy, chemicals, supply chain, or adjacent markets
Ideally based in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts, or Pennsylvania. We are open to flexibility on location for the right candidate.
