About the role

  • Sales Manager guiding customers through the sales process in the automotive sector. Managing inbound queries and developing sales strategies alongside a team.

Responsibilities

  • You professionally and competently respond to incoming customer inquiries by phone and e-mail
  • You accompany customers from their first contact through to a successful purchase, guiding them through the entire sales process
  • You handle inbound inquiries from interested customers without performing cold calls
  • You prepare tailored proposals and address customers' individual needs
  • You actively contribute to the development of our sales strategy and work closely with the team to implement and optimize operational processes

Requirements

  • You are an experienced sales professional, ideally with a background in telesales / call center
  • You have excellent communication skills and strong negotiation abilities
  • You are motivated to continuously improve and want to grow together with the company
  • You have a solution-oriented working style and are willing to go the extra mile to overcome challenges
  • You speak German at a native level and have good English skills
