Responsibilities
You professionally and competently respond to incoming customer inquiries by phone and e-mail
You accompany customers from their first contact through to a successful purchase, guiding them through the entire sales process
You handle inbound inquiries from interested customers without performing cold calls
You prepare tailored proposals and address customers' individual needs
You actively contribute to the development of our sales strategy and work closely with the team to implement and optimize operational processes
Requirements
You are an experienced sales professional, ideally with a background in telesales / call center
You have excellent communication skills and strong negotiation abilities
You are motivated to continuously improve and want to grow together with the company
You have a solution-oriented working style and are willing to go the extra mile to overcome challenges
You speak German at a native level and have good English skills
