Responsibilities
The Product Manager I will own a product feature and lead project execution.
He/she will own the development plan and represent their feature within the PM team.
The individual will have a solid understanding of the customer and target market.
He/she will represent the needs of the customer to the delivery team.
Support and participate in the demo to key stakeholders at program milestones.
Independently analyzes data, interprets dashboards, evaluates options, and recommends actions with business impact in mind.
Executes GTM plans, partners with sales, supports training, contributes to collateral.
Resolves customer issues and independently engages with customers.
Leads roadmap execution for a feature area, drives customer‑experience improvements, coordinates development activities, defines/prioritizes requirements, and supports process improvements.
Contributes to product strategy, connects personal goals to business goals, and understands how the role drives product and business success.
Seeks learning opportunities, applies feedback, grows skills, and invests in professional development.
Generates new ideas, experiments with improvements, and explores alternative approaches to existing processes.

Requirements
Suggested Minimum Years of Product Management Experience: 2-4 years
Education to Qualify: Bachelors or Masters degree in a technical subject (Computer Science or Engineering discipline) is preferred, but not essential.
Candidate must demonstrate technical and analytical capability, including comfort working with data, handling practical analytics, and engaging with code (e.g., Python, SQL) at a functional level.
Candidate with MVR or Insurance product knowledge is strongly preferred
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and priorities.
Demonstrated ability to work with others to modify or maintain a product and identify technology challenges.
Demonstrated readiness to engage in customer engagements.
Demonstrated readiness to engage in work under minimal supervision.
