Responsibilities
Own product strategy, roadmap, success metrics, and delivery outcomes
Lead product discovery and delivery, including problem framing, solution evaluation, tradeoff decisions, and release planning
Communicate product vision, priorities, and progress to senior leadership
Partner with engineering and stakeholders on data models, ingestion flows, aggregation algorithms
Make prioritization decisions across new capabilities based on business impact and risk
Collaborate with Product Marketing on go-to-market planning
Facilitate high priority defect prioritization, management, and communication
Represent Relativity at industry trade shows and events
Contribute to a culture of operational rigor and continuous improvement
Requirements
5+ years of experience as a Product Manager owning software products end to end
Strong understanding of backend systems and the software development lifecycle
Hands-on experience working with data and APIs, with comfort operating in an analytical mode using SQL
Proven ability to define complex problem spaces
Strong data fluency, including the ability to define success metrics
Experience partnering closely with engineering on technical design discussions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
