About the role

Responsibilities
- Own product strategy, roadmap, success metrics, and delivery outcomes
- Lead product discovery and delivery, including problem framing, solution evaluation, tradeoff decisions, and release planning
- Communicate product vision, priorities, and progress to senior leadership
- Partner with engineering and stakeholders on data models, ingestion flows, aggregation algorithms
- Make prioritization decisions across new capabilities based on business impact and risk
- Collaborate with Product Marketing on go-to-market planning
- Facilitate high priority defect prioritization, management, and communication
- Represent Relativity at industry trade shows and events
- Contribute to a culture of operational rigor and continuous improvement
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager owning software products end to end
- Strong understanding of backend systems and the software development lifecycle
- Hands-on experience working with data and APIs, with comfort operating in an analytical mode using SQL
- Proven ability to define complex problem spaces
- Strong data fluency, including the ability to define success metrics
- Experience partnering closely with engineering on technical design discussions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
