Responsibilities
You develop high‑converting creatives for our paid channels (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.)
Design campaign banners for our website
Work closely with Performance Marketing, Influencer Marketing, and the e‑commerce team
Create ad creatives (static, video, animation, UGC) for Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.
Develop campaign visuals for the website, homepage, landing pages, and promotions
Performance‑oriented creative optimization based on ROAS, CTR, CPC, etc.
Create modular, scalable templates for international markets
Support for shoot concepts, UGC briefings, and creative guidelines
Requirements
2+ years of experience in performance‑oriented design (e.g., e‑commerce, agency, brand)
Strong sense for visual storytelling, clarity, and sales psychology
Excellent proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, or comparable tools
Extensive experience with Meta ad formats, TikTok creatives, Pinterest ads, or display campaigns
Proficient with AI tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Ideogram (text‑to‑image), RunwayML (video editing & variant production), Canva Magic Studio, Figma AI (creative automation), and ChatGPT for text and copy variations
Structured working style, strong communication skills, and a high degree of ownership
