About the role

  • Legal professional managing judicial and administrative processes and preparing legal defenses for clients. Engaging in hearings and ensuring compliance with standards and deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for monitoring judicial and administrative proceedings, assessing documents, evidence, and necessary expert reports.
  • Analyze strategic materials submitted by clients for the preparation of defenses and timely compliance with deadlines.
  • Draft procedural documents based on templates and under supervision, file submissions, and maintain case tracking in internal systems.
  • Attend hearings and negotiations, representing cases at various instances.
  • Request documents and calculations, and manage deadlines for court fees and procedural forms.
  • Guide the legal support team on operational tasks and contribute to standardizing workflows.
  • Collaborate with quality management and regulatory compliance (ISO 9001), identifying improvements and supporting audits.
  • Work on data protection and information security, promoting practices that ensure the integrity and compliance of the processes under your responsibility.

Requirements

  • Law degree with active OAB (bar) registration;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred;
  • Experience in legal practice and related activities;
