About the role
- Oversee application development, modification, and maintenance of applications
- Monitor system applications and ensure systems run smoothly
- Create reports and documentation outlining findings/solutions
- Assist with the development and installation of new hardware and software
- Test installed software for malfunction detection
- Identify and resolve business systems issues
- Assist with the design and deployment of new applications and enhancements to existing applications
- Measure effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems
- Monitor and test system performance
- Perform routine systems duties
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field
- 1 year of hands-on Salesforce development experience
- Proficiency in Apex programming and working knowledge of Salesforce declarative tools
- Hands-on experience using Salesforce OmniStudio
- Apex Development: Experience in Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and Schedulers
- Proficient in SOQL/SOSL, asynchronous processing, and integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs)
- Experience with CI/CD practices, including version control and automated deployments
- OmniStudio (Vlocity) Expertise: 1 years of experience with Salesforce OmniStudio.
- Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
