About the role

Responsibilities

  • You bring a smile to your customers' faces.
  • You assist our customers by phone and in writing — covering contracts, tariffs and invoices.
  • You respond to service inquiries about tariffs, products and services.
  • You maintain customer data in our systems.
  • With your commitment you help ensure our customers remain satisfied and feel well advised.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and spoken German and confident use of common PC applications.
  • You enjoy advising people and resolving customer concerns.
  • You work in a structured way, communicate clearly, and think solution-oriented.
  • You want to develop professionally and value good teamwork.
  • You have an affinity for customers and the energy sector.
  • You work independently and conscientiously.
