About the role

  • Customer Support Representative for Vodafone assisting customers with technical and service inquiries. Working in a hybrid role with a focus on communication and support.

Responsibilities

  • You handle incoming customer calls (no outbound calls).
  • You assist with technical and billing questions related to Internet & TV, supported by tools.
  • You retain customers by providing excellent support.
  • You advise customers on plans and suitable solutions.
  • You document your calls and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Very good German language skills (C1)
  • Enjoy communicating and providing service
  • Inbound sales experience is a plus but not required
  • Motivation, willingness to learn, and target orientation
  • Confident PC skills
  • Calm, friendly, and solution-oriented approach — even in difficult conversations
