Responsibilities
- Analyze, interpret, and build reports from complex data sources.
- Conduct root-cause analysis to identify the key drivers influencing operational performance and outcome variance.
- Identify new opportunities and recommendations to drive business impact through data exploration and collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Communicate results/insights to various stakeholders to aid strategic decision-making.
- Develop informative solutions for brokerage that impact metrics and streamline network operations.
Requirements
- Bilingual in English/Spanish; proficient level for verbal and written communication
- Bachelors Degree required (or equivalent experience); preference in Business Administration, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
- Three years of experience in supply chain, logistics, transportation, or a similar space.
- Creative thinker who is intellectually curious, with a passion for solving puzzles and continuous learning
- Self-starter, entrepreneurial, highly adaptable, who can take initiative in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong communication skills
- Strong Python and SQL skills
- Experience with Tableau and or Power BI
- Familiarity with experimental design is a plus
- Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders is a plus.
