About the role
- Sustainability Manager overseeing Environmental, Social, and Governance initiatives at Redox. Leading strategic sustainability efforts and influencing stakeholders for positive change in the company.
Responsibilities
- Maintain Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) platforms (Sedex, EcoVadis etc)
- Oversee ESG data collection from internal and external stakeholders
- ESG Disclosures and Sustainability Reporting
- ESG Risk Management and Peer Benchmarking
- Monitor ESG standards and lead Strategic Sustainability Initiatives
Requirements
- A passion for all things Sustainability, Analytics, Continuous Improvement and ESG;
- Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Environmental Science and Sustainability, or a related discipline;
- Strong understanding of ESG Frameworks, ASX and AASB-S2 reporting requirements;
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change and compliance across all business units;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a particular focus on preparing agency responses, board reports and disclosure content;
- Proficient in the use of data analysis and visualisation tools (Excel, PowerBI etc);
- Ability to interpret ESG data and provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- A self-starter, with the ability to remain motivated and achieve targets in a stand-alone role.
