About the role

  • Payroll Coordinator managing semi-monthly and monthly payroll processing duties. Ensuring compliance with payroll regulations and providing internal payroll support in a remote capacity.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of the semi-monthly and monthly payroll processing
  • Process semi‑monthly and monthly payrolls, including specialty payroll runs
  • Validate and process employee payroll changes including time cards, overtime, reimbursements, and deductions
  • Maintain organized payroll documentation

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience preparing multi-state/local tax jurisdictional payroll
  • Thorough understanding of payroll processes and payroll taxes
  • Collaborative and team-player
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now
