Responsibilities
Liaising with candidates & hiring managers about prospective candidates
Ensuring all feedback is given in a timely manner
Apply best practice at all stages of the recruitment process
Engage with active & passive talent
Pre-screen candidates via phone, video, and/or in-person interviews
Apply best practice at all stages of the recruitment process
Coordinate the interview calendar across all roles
Maintain the applicant tracking system to keep all records up to date
Utilise various channels (e.g. social platforms & professional networks
Work with the wider People team across Reconomy to anticipate future talent needs
Support in the monthly data reporting for the Talent Acquisition team
Participate in ad hoc team projects
