About the role

  • Temporary Data Administrator at Valpak supporting clients with compliance data obligations. Involves data manipulation and communication with customers during a busy period.

Responsibilities

  • Collecting and manipulating large volumes of data
  • Assisting in maintaining compliance with Packaging, WEEE and Batteries regulations
  • Supporting a range of customer accounts
  • Using in-house software to input and analyse weights information
  • Using MS Excel to check and improve data accuracy
  • Conducting client site visits for weighing exercises
  • Communicating with clients via phone and written communication
  • Providing support to Account Managers for calculations related to submissions

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • High standards of accuracy and attention to detail
  • High level of professionalism
  • An interest in environmental issues is desirable
  • Have a full, driving licence (or working towards) to enable you to travel to customer sites
  • Confidence working with MS Excel (experience of analysing and manipulating large volumes of data is desirable) experience gained during education or employment.
