About the role
- Project Manager in Reckitt's Core EUANZ team driving supply chain and marketing initiatives. Overseeing project management and cross-functional collaboration to achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Broad general project management role, covering Supply, R&D and Category Marketing activities
- Responsible for project management & coordination of change management via cross-functional working
- Supporting the business to deliver Supply Plan projects within budget and deadlines and ensure the achievement of set objectives
- Effective liaison with category marketing, local country marketing, local regulatory, R&D, global regulatory and factory supply teams
- Close collaboration with Procurement, Supply, QM/QA/Brand/Trade Marketing to ensure delivery of product and commercial innovations on time and on-cost
- Manage and own the project CPS for all Supply Projects and work closely with commercial functions to ensure stakeholders achieve deadlines
- Maintain effective working relationships with external partners
- Managing the link to planning team for smooth transition from project team to business operations
- In charge of priorities, escalation, and resource allocations among projects team
Requirements
- Knowledge of factory processes, products and the NPD and regulatory processes is essential
- 3-5 years experience in managing projects within a manufacturing environment, with a proven track record of cross functional team management
- Comprehensive knowledge of Manufacturing technologies (both on the making as well as the related filling and packing technology)
- Ability to manage a Critical Path Schedule for Projects
- Understanding costings and product P&L; knowledge of logistics processes
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of positively influencing and collaborating at all organisational levels
- Results oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivating person
