Responsibilities
Manage complex calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
Prepare and format presentations, reports, and documentation
Coordinate events, workshops, and leadership meetings
Handle expenses, approvals, workflows, and administrative tasks
Support onboarding and cross-functional initiatives within the hub in Mexico
Serve as point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners
Maintain documentation, files, and confidential information securely
Requirements
3+ years as Personal/Executive Assistant or similar role
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Proficient English communication (written & verbal)
Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)
Experience managing stakeholder relationships across various levels and geographies.
