About the role

  • Personal Assistant supporting Reckitt's finance team in Ciudad de Mexico. Managing schedules, events, and communications for leadership staff in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare and format presentations, reports, and documentation
  • Coordinate events, workshops, and leadership meetings
  • Handle expenses, approvals, workflows, and administrative tasks
  • Support onboarding and cross-functional initiatives within the hub in Mexico
  • Serve as point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Maintain documentation, files, and confidential information securely

Requirements

  • 3+ years as Personal/Executive Assistant or similar role
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Proficient English communication (written & verbal)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)
  • Experience managing stakeholder relationships across various levels and geographies.
