GBS OTC Trade Spend Management Analyst managing trade promotion claims and collaborating with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance. Ensuring compliance and standardizing ways of working across markets while contributing to upstream fixes.
Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of trade promotion claims
Validate submissions against approved contracts and price conditions
Reconcile and true-up promotion accruals
Ensure timely, compliant settlement
Partner with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance
Safeguard working capital by reducing leakage from invalid or noncompliant claims
Strengthen audit trails and standardize ways of working across markets
Leverage SAP, Vistex and/or HighRadius trade modules to prioritize worklists
Enable rule-based matching and improve automation while maintaining accurate records
Track and report KPIs
Contribute to upstream fixes and standardization
Requirements
Experience in trade spend, TPM, rebates, or deductions within a shared services or process driven organization
Hands-on experience with ERP and trade tools, such as SAP with Vistex and/or HighRadius Trade
Proven ability to validate and settle promotion claims at scale
Strong accrual accounting knowledge with experience creating, reconciling, and truing up trade spend accruals through month end close
Excellent cross functional communication and stakeholder management
Continuous improvement mindset, leveraging analytics and standardized rules to reduce manual effort, aging, and revenue leakage
Fluent English is a must & knowledge of other European language would be a big advantage
