About the role
- FP&A Team Leader handling financial performance analysis and team management in Reckitt's Finance department. Supporting strategic decisions and implementing profitability improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Managing a team of 3-4 analysts
- Support the implementation of FP&A strategies and targets / KPIs as well as the management reports catalogue
- Act as a strategic business partner to the Finance organisation and the supporting functions
- Analyse end-to-end financial performance (including P&L and cashflow analysis)
- Prepare plans, forecasts and management reports required by the Global FP&A Organisation and Market Retained Teams
- Identify and assess financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them
- Monitor compliance with corporate governance requirements and support external audits
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions
Requirements
- Solid FP&A experience, including team leadership
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis, P&L, and cash flow
- Proven ability to deliver business insights and support decision-making
- Experience in planning, forecasting, and management reporting
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel and financial systems (e.g. SAP, Hyperion)
- Fluent in English
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Professional certification (e.g. ACCA, CIMA, CFA) is a plus
