Responsibilities
- Define and implement the QS model in R&D
- Adjust activities based on received feedback
- Propose and implement improvements to quality management processes in development
- Manage and prioritize projects related to the implementation of global and local Quality Management System (QMS) requirements within R&D
- Work with the functional team to ensure the creation and approval of Quality Management System (QMS) documents within R&D Operations
- Ensure the use of relevant tools and documents in managing the QMS within R&D Operations
- Coordinate and establish clear, effective communication across the team to ensure understanding of the importance and benefits of the QMS within R&D
- Incorporate category quality requirements into plans to ensure team compliance
- Audit documentation against internal and external requirements (spot audits)
- Build strong relationships with local and global Quality teams and manage alignments and plans
- Be aware of and responsible for workplace safety, health, and environmental practices to prevent accidents
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, or related field
- Availability to work in a hybrid model (3 days per week) at our office on Av. Raposo Tavares, São Paulo
- Intermediate English
- Advanced/Intermediate MS Office skills
- Experience with Quality Management Systems within R&D
- Experience in supplier management is a plus
- Good interpersonal skills with cross-functional teams (local, regional, and global)
