About the role

  • Internship position focused on Labor Law at McDonald's corporate office. Assisting in legal tasks and document management in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Work in the Labor Litigation (Labor Law) area, responsible for analyzing and monitoring all ongoing labor cases, as well as administrative procedures such as inspections, official notices, and matters involving the Public Labor Prosecutor's Office (Ministério Público do Trabalho - MPT).
  • Assist with receiving official notices, sending and tracking responses from external law firms. Manage deadlines and support coordination with partner law firms.
  • Assist in reviewing documents and preparing observations for the law firm. For inspections and documents related to Special Proceedings, manage requests for documentation for inspections and legal actions.
  • Review defenses and analyze appeals. Manage Active Debt and CNDT (Certificate of No Labor Debts) to ensure law firms do not allow enforcement-stage cases or fines to compromise the company certificates.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Law degree program, with expected graduation in July or December 2027.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Proactive profile and commitment to meeting deliverables and deadlines.
  • Enjoys working in a team.
  • Curious and communicative personality.
