  • Junior Traffic Manager responsible for onboarding clients and managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for a US-focused digital marketing agency.

Responsibilities

  • Set up accounts, perform initial configurations, and integrate tools.
  • Conduct onboarding for new clients, ensuring alignment and understanding of strategies.
  • Provide proactive client support, maintaining clear communication and close follow-up with each client.
  • Plan and implement campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads, performing continuous optimizations.
  • Monitor KPIs and propose improvements based on data analysis.
  • Run A/B tests, review targeting, and monitor daily performance.
  • Create and review ad copy in collaboration with the internal team.
  • Prepare reports with insights, learnings, and recommendations.
  • Track metrics, trends, and market movements in the U.S. market.

Requirements

  • Hands-on knowledge (even at a beginner level) of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Basic knowledge of Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and basic configuration tasks.
  • Basic to intermediate English (for reading briefs and dashboards).
  • Organized, strong communication skills, and ease handling client service routines.
  • Analytical mindset and willingness to learn quickly.
