  • Claims Management Clerk at REAL Solution handling own mandate with a structured work environment. Responsible for communication and process optimization with independent decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Independently manage your cases — not an assistant role
  • Telephone and written communication with debtors, clients and partners
  • Assessing case facts and deciding on further action within the scope of your authority
  • Coordination and liaison with external law firms
  • Contributing to the development and optimization of processes

Requirements

  • Vocational training as a legal assistant (Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellte) or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in claims management, debt collection or enforcement proceedings
  • Structured and independent working style
  • Clear and solution-oriented communication
  • Team player with a strong sense of responsibility
