About the role

  • Customer Account Manager at Citeo ensuring billing and collections for eco-friendly packaging solutions. Collaborating with clients and managing contracts while maintaining financial integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Manage contracts
  • Perform billing for new customers
  • Handle customer terminations
  • Process insolvency and collective procedures
  • Oversee billing and collections
  • Issue invoices and credit notes
  • Analyze and post payment files
  • Conduct dunning campaigns and follow up with law firms
  • Identify and anticipate risk of payment delays
  • Support and advise customers
  • Handle incoming inquiries
  • Keep the customer database up to date

Requirements

  • Two-year post-secondary diploma (Bac+2) in accounting or management
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in accounting, management, sales administration (ADV) and customer invoicing
  • Strong customer-facing skills
  • Proficient with office tools (MS Office, especially Excel); SAP experience preferred
  • Ability to communicate in English (B1 level)
  • Enjoy working in a team, be curious and proactive (able to make recommendations)
