About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act strategically in managing the benefits portfolio, ensuring alignment with corporate guidelines, the approved budget, and the value proposition to employees.
  • Prepare, monitor, and control the benefits budget, performing variance analyses, projections, and recommendations to optimize costs and ensure financial sustainability.
  • Conduct economic and financial feasibility studies for the creation, revision, or replacement of benefits, assessing impacts, risks, and return to the business.
  • Lead and support the implementation of new benefits and improvements to existing programs, from diagnosis through implementation and communication to employees.
  • Perform data analyses, monitor KPIs, and conduct market benchmarking to support strategic decision-making and ensure competitiveness.
  • Serve as the technical reference on benefits for internal areas, leadership, and external partners, supporting decisions and clarifying technical and regulatory aspects.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and providers, including negotiations, performance monitoring, and SLA compliance.
  • Ensure legal compliance, governance, and internal controls related to benefits, upholding best practices, ethics, and confidentiality.
  • Support continuous improvement, innovation, and employee experience initiatives, keeping up with market trends in health, wellbeing, and indirect compensation.
  • Contribute to strategic benefits communication, ensuring clarity, consistency, and adherence to internal policies.

Requirements

  • Education: Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a strategic role, with demonstrated experience in budget management, conducting feasibility studies, and implementing benefits programs.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
