Responsibilities
- Manage expiration dates for licenses and permits (certificates, licenses, and CNES - National Registry of Health Establishments).
- Coordinate and follow up on Health Surveillance (Vigilância Sanitária) inspections with internal teams and public agencies.
- Maintain follow-up on processes with service providers, pharmacies, and internal departments.
- Provide clarifications to stores regarding documents and inspections from regulatory bodies, such as the Regional Pharmacy Council (CRF) and Health Surveillance (Vigilância Sanitária).
- Must have experience and knowledge of the licenses and permits mentioned above.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed: Administration, Architecture, Pharmacy, or Law.
- Experience in managing documents, licenses, and certificates.
- Basic knowledge of Excel.
- Organized and attentive to deadlines.
