Responsibilities
Execute and lead mergers and acquisitions (M&A) processes, including industry analysis, building and reviewing valuation models, and critically evaluating transaction materials and documents.
Develop, structure, and refine financial models, ensuring consistency in assumptions for growth, margins, profitability, and cash generation to support strategic analyses and decision-making.
Consolidate and analyze the financial performance of the business portfolio, monitoring the income statement (DRE), cash flow, operational KPIs, and financial projections.
Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A) activities, including scenario development, projections, and modeling that support the company’s strategic decisions.
Structure and manage the Budget and Forecast process, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and efficient resource allocation.
Perform variance and performance analyses (actual vs. budget), identifying result drivers, explaining deviations, and proposing strategic action plans.
Conduct capital allocation and investment prioritization analyses, assessing financial return and strategic impact for the business.
Assess market opportunities and potential acquisitions or partnerships, performing financial and strategic analyses to support decision-making.
Build consultative relationships with internal stakeholders, acting as a financial partner to the business areas.
Prepare executive presentations for the board and committees, translating financial analyses and results into strategic business insights.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
Experience in FP&A, M&A, and merger & acquisition processes.
Ability to translate financial data into strategic insights and business recommendations.
Experience in digital businesses and healthcare businesses is a plus.
