About the role
- Manage construction and maintenance projects for RD Saúde, a leading pharmacy company. Ensure compliance with regulations and oversee budget approvals for all projects and renovations.
Responsibilities
- Visit and manage construction sites and prospects pre-approved by the team;
- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance in stores and implement layout changes in stores, distribution centers (DCs) and headquarters;
- Ensure required documentation for the operation of stores, distribution centers and headquarters, as well as for project handovers;
- Manage construction of new stores and renovation of existing stores;
- Approve budgets for construction, renovations and maintenance;
- Develop new processes to reduce time and costs for construction, renovation and maintenance projects;
- Sign contracts for construction, renovation and maintenance;
- Ensure compliance with the company's voluntary commitments on sustainable development, occupational health and safety best practices, environmental performance and climate change, and drive continuous improvement in alignment with the company's beliefs, purpose and values;
- Apply disciplinary measures to subordinates in cases of conduct contrary to the law, morality or ethics, respecting proportionality and reasonableness, and following internal formalization procedures with the People & Culture team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Experience in the field, with a proven track record in corporate or legal environments.
- Strong knowledge of internal policies and procedures.
- Thorough knowledge of applicable tax and fiscal legislation.
- Familiarity with legal aspects and contract drafting/analysis.
