Facility Specialist overseeing engineering operations across 20 manufacturing sites globally for a sustainable future. Ensuring compliance, safety, and efficiency in building and utility infrastructures.
Responsibilities
Holistic support for approximately 20 production sites worldwide in all matters related to building, infrastructure and utilities engineering
Ensuring safety, compliance and fire protection in accordance with FM Global, ISO standards and local regulations
Technical review and support for capital expenditure, refurbishment and renovation projects
Conducting building and equipment audits as well as lifecycle and condition assessments
Supporting sites with infrastructure upgrades and major maintenance activities
Analysis and optimization of infrastructure and service costs (e.g. energy, space, services)
Regular international travel to manage and support global sites
Requirements
Degree in a technical field (e.g., civil engineering, building services/MEP, mechanical engineering) or equivalent qualification
Several years of professional experience in an industrial environment, ideally in building services or facility engineering
Solid knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical installations and technical infrastructure
Experience with CAD/BIM (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) is an advantage
Excellent English skills; accustomed to international collaboration
