Responsibilities
Maximize net revenue and margins from the casino database by promoting sailings to known casino guests
Drive additional acquisition efforts
Own the database marketing reinvestment strategy and analysis of Direct Mail and Email campaigns
Partner with Marketing, Consumer Outreach, and Revenue Management to drive aggressive growth in casino bookings
Create casino database marketing campaigns and analyze the database for growth opportunities
Segment casino marketing database and determine offers for database marketing campaigns
Work on casino marketing testing program and ensure learnings are incorporated into all casino channels
Collaborate with Casino Operations and Hotel Performance teams to ensure accuracy in data reporting and analysis
Serve as the liaison between internal Club Royale teams and Marketing
Provide guidance and support for other Club Royale initiatives
Requirements
College degree required.
1 to 2 years database marketing required.
BS/BA in Marketing, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering or related field
Experience in database analytics and revenue optimization, CRM, customer contact strategy and loyalty marketing
Knowledge of the principles of casino mathematics, including the calculation of theoretical loss, is a plus
Proficiency with a variety of software packages such as Excel, Word, Powerpoint and working knowledge or basic understanding of programs such as Alteryx, Toad (SQL), PowerBI, SAS and others
