About the role

  • Training and Special Project Manager developing operational effectiveness for banking service teams. Responsible for training plans and coaching to improve client experience and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for supporting the Team Manager, Account Services, & Revenue Assurance Teams to deliver an exceptional experience for BBE Partners and Clients
  • On-the-job review of completed work and formal training
  • Perform reviews of completed work to ensure operational effectiveness
  • Responsible for training and skill set development of Account Service & Revenue Assurance Officers
  • Design, create and execute training plans and programs
  • Identify training and development needs
  • Provide coaching and advice to ensure staff deliver a positive service experience
  • Identify operational efficiency and customer care opportunities
  • Collaborate with Centre Managers, Team Managers and SME’s to implement change initiatives

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education
  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of Cash Management suite of products
  • Client focus mindset
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive and self-driven, creative and strategic thinker
  • Ability to coach to the task at hand
