Responsibilities
Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources, and risks;
Elicit customers' and stakeholders' needs and expectations;
Establish clear, achievable objectives;
Adapt specifications, plans, and approach to address the varied concerns and expectations of different stakeholders;
Balance conflicting demands of scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources, and risks;
Ensure the project is delivered within the defined schedule, scope, and budget to meet project requirements;
Ensure project risks are identified and addressed;
Ensure the project team receives the information necessary to carry out their work;
Ensure all project financial data is recorded;
Ensure project teams are trained or receive the required training for execution;
Ensure teams are working in alignment;
Maintain motivation among project team members;
Foster and maintain team spirit;
Monitor project team progress against assigned tasks;
Ensure project client satisfaction;
Ensure lessons learned and project records have been documented and shared with the company team;
Ensure project operational activities are detailed in DevOps for weekly tracking;
Ensure the methodology is continuously improved;
Notify the Product Manager in advance of schedule, cost, or risk deviations;
Submit the planned vs. actual report at each project completion;
Perform other related tasks.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science or related fields.
MBA in Project Management
PMP certification
Extensive experience as a Project Manager
Experience with Service Center implementation projects is desirable.
