Requirements
- Strong technical background (software development, engineering, IT, or related field).
- Project management expertise and familiarity with methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Strong ability to manage and influence stakeholders across both business and Technology teams, including developers, testers, platform leads, change leaderships, SME’s, solution analyst and business analyst.
- Acts as a bridge between business and technology, ensuring requirements, constraints, and priorities are clearly understood by all stakeholders.
- Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills with the ability to analyze complex situations, identify root causes, and develop practical solutions.
- Highly organised with excellent time management, able to prioritise work and manage multiple activities in a dynamic delivery environment.
- Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Microsoft Project, etc.).
- Existing knowledge of RBC operations, business areas and values.
