About the role
- Program Manager leading federally aligned programs for Cart.com’s Government Solutions team. Executing oversight while ensuring compliance and program performance in a structured environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end program execution across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with contract requirements
- Develop and manage program plans, timelines, and deliverables
- Ensure adherence to federal regulations, reporting standards, and compliance requirements
- Serve as the primary liaison between Cart.com and government stakeholders
- Communicate program status, risks, and performance metrics to internal and external partners
- Oversee project analysts and junior analysts to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies
- Drive program reporting, including KPIs, dashboards, and executive summaries
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of required deliverables
- Continuously improve processes to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness
- Facilitate regular status meetings, briefings, and executive updates
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in program management, project management, or government contracting environments
- Proven experience managing federally funded programs or government contracts
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering against strict SLAs
- Strong background in reporting, data analysis, and executive-level communication
- Demonstrated success in managing compliance, audits, or regulated environments
- 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, program support, or project coordination
- Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups), PowerPoint, and data tools
- Experience developing reports, dashboards, or presentations
- Experience maintaining documentation and tracking systems
- Familiarity with reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
- Exposure to government, logistics, or operations environments.
- Must be a U.S. citizen due to applicable federal requirements.
