Responsibilities
Lead and support a broad range of ad-hoc and long-term strategy development and execution engagements across the insurance value chain
Design and lead problem solving workshops and interviews with cross-functional / business line working team members and subject matter experts
Support the on-going management of strategic planning with key business lines to ensure alignment with top of the house strategic priorities
Develop executive level materials for senior executives & C-suite
Drive thought leadership and benchmarking in various Insurance, Wealth and Technology landscapes
Foster and maintain collaborative relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to support the achievement of deliverables and overall strategic objectives
Assist with organizing strategy offsites and townhalls for senior management
Requirements
3 - 5 years of experience in strategy development, digital transformation, and product development
Exceptional ability to build strategic narratives and bring them to life using slides
Very strong relationship management and communication skills
High degree of resourcefulness and ingenuity when solving barriers to success/progress
An exceptional can-do attitude with a strong drive to exceed expectations
2+ years as a consultant and/or Product Manager at a top tier consulting firm (Nice to Have)
Experience working in a Life insurance company (Nice to Have)
