Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in project management, operations, or a related role, preferably in a client‑facing or services environment.
- Proven ability to lead projects end‑to‑end, manage multiple workstreams, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced setting.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow‑through.
- Experience coordinating cross‑functional teams and working with diverse stakeholders (account teams, analysts, inspectors, engineering, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to identify process gaps, recommend improvements, and help implement scalable solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly document processes and project status.
- Comfortable escalating risks and issues proactively, with a solution‑oriented mindset.
- Experience using CRM and project tracking tools (Salesforce preferred) with a focus on data accuracy and consistency.
- Ability to analyze information, verify documentation, and ensure compliance with defined processes.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
