Responsibilities

  • Digital buyer acquisition and bidder growth
  • Seller lead generation across international markets
  • Campaign performance across paid media, SEO, and lifecycle channels
  • Conversion optimisation across landing pages and digital journeys
  • Digital contribution to auction demand
  • Lead and develop a team of digital marketing specialists, setting direction and driving performance
  • Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across multiple digital channels
  • Identify growth opportunities and scale high-performing programs
  • Partner with Product to improve website performance and UX
  • Work with country teams to roll out and optimise campaigns globally
  • Use data and analytics to drive decisions and improve outcomes
  • Test new channels, tools, and approaches to drive continuous improvement

Requirements

  • 8–12 years in digital marketing or growth roles
  • Experience leading or mentoring digital marketing specialists or small teams
  • Strong hands-on experience across paid media, SEO, and performance marketing
  • Proven ability to drive measurable growth
  • Experience working across multiple international markets
  • Data-driven mindset and strong analytical skills
  • Budgeting experience
  • Experience in marketplaces, ecommerce, or B2B platforms is highly desirable
