About the role

  • Digital Marketing Coach guiding small businesses in the Endless Customers methodology. Collaborating with teams to enhance marketing strategies and coach executives through digital transformations.

Responsibilities

  • Teach and coach the Endless Customers methodology to a portfolio of 12-15 clients, with the ability to clearly explain concepts, best practices, and execution across all five core components of the system.
  • Lead written content strategy and optimization, including SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), GEO optimization, and the use of structured data and schema to improve discoverability and search performance.
  • Develop and teach YouTube strategy, including channel creation, video optimization, publishing cadence, audience growth, and performance analysis to help content get found and drive demand.
  • Guide short-form video and social media strategy, including platform-specific best practices, content planning, optimization, and distribution across major social channels.
  • Coach on 1:1 video strategy, including use cases for sales, customer success, recruiting, and internal communication to drive engagement and trust.
  • Support marketing automation and CRM execution, primarily in HubSpot (and related tools), including campaign setup, workflows, segmentation, and performance tracking.
  • Lead website optimization and strategy, including messaging, conversion paths, content structure, and alignment with customer journeys.
  • Develop and teach email marketing and automation strategies, including nurture campaigns, broadcast emails, personalization, and performance optimization.
  • Advise on ad creative and video ads, including messaging, scripting, and creative best practices that align with content and brand strategy.
  • Leverage AI tools for marketing, including content creation, optimization, repurposing, and efficiency improvements, while teaching responsible and effective AI use.
  • Translate complex marketing concepts into practical, repeatable frameworks, enabling clients or internal teams to confidently execute on their own.

Requirements

  • Passion for Small Business Growth: You genuinely care about helping entrepreneurs and small businesses grow and thrive.
  • Experience Coaching Executives: Comfortable advising and coaching small business executives, with prior experience in guiding leadership teams.
  • Familiarity with Business Coaching Systems: Hands-on experience with frameworks like Endless Customers (They Ask, You Answer), EOS, Scaling Up, or other similar systems.
  • Strong Digital Marketing Expertise: Up-to-date knowledge of inbound and digital marketing, including HubSpot, SEO and algorithm updates, social media and YouTube best practices, email marketing, marketing compliance, AI for sales and marketing, content marketing strategies, website CMS management, and popular marketing tools.
  • Sales Experience and Enthusiasm: Some sales experience with a drive to deepen your skills, train salespeople, and contribute to IMPACT’s own sales efforts.
  • Commitment to Learning and Growth: A fast learner with the ability to quickly learn and teach the Endless Customers system, as well as other marketing, sales, business, and communication skills.
  • Strong Writing, Grammar, and Storytelling Skills: Ability to create and assist clients in creating engaging, error-free content that engages their audience.
  • Process-Oriented Mindset: Willingness to follow established processes and playbooks with precision, while contributing to the development and refinement of processes.
  • Strong Time and Project Management: Highly organized, able to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects. Experience with project management systems, with Scrum experience as a plus.
