About the role

  • Digital Marketing Specialist for a US-based Digital Marketing Agency client identifying leads and driving sales growth. Collaborating with the Client Acquisition and Marketing team to optimize online services.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential clients for our digital marketing services within the United States market.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive lead generation strategies to consistently deliver high-quality leads to the sales team.
  • Utilize various channels and tools to identify and engage with potential clients, including email marketing, social media, cold outreach, and more.
  • Qualify leads and set up meetings or appointments for the sales team with decision-makers.
  • Represent the company at various business events, conferences, and forums to increase company visibility, develop new business leads, and stay informed about industry trends.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of lead generation campaigns, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handoff of leads and provide necessary support throughout the sales process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required)
  • Proven experience in using Salesforce (required)
  • Proficiency in using various software such as Apollo, or Winmo (preferred)
  • Proficiency in using Google Business Suite, CRM, Gmail, Docs, Slides and Sheets.
  • Proven experience in lead generation for marketing agencies with a strong track record of generating high-quality leads.
  • Deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape and trends in the United States market.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with potential clients.
  • Self-driven and able to work independently, taking ownership of lead generation initiatives.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to assess campaign performance and make necessary adjustments.
  • Willingness to adapt and learn in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • High level of integrity, work ethic, autonomy, professionalism and self-motivation.
